What's different about me?

Most designers focus on screens. My work often starts before the screen exists. I approach design as a system problem, not just an interface problem. That means understanding:

❇️ how people behave
❇️ how businesses operate
❇️ how technology and physical systems interact

I own the design process end-to-end, from research and problem framing to prototyping and implementation, using user research, usability testing, and behavioral insights to guide data-driven decisions.

Why I became a Service/ Product designer?

01

With a background in architectural design, creating physical experiences has always been a core aspect of my work. I truly believe in the importance of human-centred design philosophy.

02

While I appreciated the impact of architecture on society and its influence on people, I started feeling a growing sense of dissatisfaction. I realised that instead of relying on assumptions, I wanted to base my design decisions on actual insights from human behaviour.

03

Throwback to my time working as a customer service representative, I received numerous calls from users experiencing problems while navigating digital products. I took pride in assisting elderly users in navigating the mobile app through verbal instructions. However, I couldn't help but wonder if there were ways to enhance the products and reduce user pain points.

04

I became a service and product designer because I am fascinated by how small design decisions can influence human behavior at scale. The best parts are getting to communicate with people outside of my profession, focusing on usability instead of only pursuing aesthetics.
